LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION

NOTICE: THIS AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND HULK TRAILER FACTORY.

Hulk Trailers warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase, to the original purchaser only.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers structural components of the trailer, including:

• Frame
• Side Rails
• Cross Members
• Welds
• Subframe Assemblies

Wiring is only covered if the trailer includes the optional sealed wiring harness or is a model where the sealed harness is standard.

Limitations

Components not manufactured by Hulk Trailers — such as axles, tires, wheels, jacks, couplers, suspension components, springs, lighting, and accessories — are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties. We partner with leading suppliers to ensure quality, but coverage for these parts is handled directly through their original manufacturers.

Exclusions

• Normal wear items such as brakes, tires, bearings, axle seals, bulbs, and flooring (fading or cracking)
• Damage from poor maintenance (e.g., incorrect bearing adjustment, tire pressure, or lug nut torque)
• Damage caused by overloading, abuse, or misuse of the trailer
• Any trailer used for rental purposes

Warranty Process

In the event of a valid defect covered by warranty, Hulk Trailers will:

1. Reimburse the purchaser up to the amount Hulk Trailers would charge for the repair, or
2. Arrange repair or replacement through an authorized service provider.

Important: All warranty claims must be pre-approved by Hulk Trailers. Photo documentation may be required. All freight and transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not covered under warranty.

Other Limitations

This warranty does not cover any economic losses or incidental damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of time or income
• Inconvenience or loss of trailer use
• Lodging, meals, or travel expenses
• Storage fees or trailer rental costs

Warranty Conditions

• This warranty is void if the trailer is damaged due to negligence, overloading, or misuse.
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations to any Hulk Trailers product will void this warranty in full.
• A completed online warranty registration must be on file for coverage to be valid.
• All published specs — including weight, dimensions, and capacity — are estimates only and not guaranteed under warranty.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS. Hulk Trailers makes no other express or implied warranties of any kind. No one other than an authorized Hulk Trailers representative is permitted to make additional warranties on our behalf.
