ULTRA TOUGH FINISH

To ensure years of reliable service, every trailer built by Hulk Trailer Factory receives our exclusive Ultra Tough Finish.

The process begins immediately after the trailer leaves the weld shop:

  • Shotblasting: Each trailer is fully shotblasted using steel shot. Even the smallest traces of grease, oil, or oxidation can interfere with coating adhesion — that’s why every frame is completely cleaned and prepped to ensure maximum durability.
  • Hand Grinding: All edges are hand ground to remove slag and sharp edges, giving a clean, smooth surface ready for coating.
  • Priming and Painting: Every trailer receives two coats of 2K High Build Epoxy Primer followed by two coats of Acrylic Polyurethane High Gloss Top Coat, applied in our state-of-the-art paint line.
  • Bake Curing: After painting, trailers are moved into our drying booth where the finish is baked on for long-lasting protection.
  • Final Assembly: Once cured, the trailer moves to our finishing department for final assembly and inspection.
